In today's episode, we are joined by Aruturo Sotomayor. Arturo is a scholar and analyst on international security, with a focus on Latin America and comparative foreign policy. Arturo has written three books and many more publications. 

Arturo has been an Associate Professor and the Director of the Security Policy Studies Program at the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University, which he held from 2018-2023, and is now at the National Defense University in Washington, D.C.
